Smoothies

OWN MY HEALTH

I often make smoothies either for breakfast or as a snack during the day. It is so easy to add ingredients that fit your personal taste, plus there is always something new to try. Here are a few of our favorite recipes. Feel free to try them out, but also, be creative in mixing up different ingredients along the way. When it comes to blenders, remember to use a high-power blender when you are using ice or frozen ingredients. PS: Always make sure to clean up afterwards and share the smoothie love with your loved ones!!!
